Our relationship with Parkway started in the early 1990s and has expanded continually since then. We now control 33 buildings for them, including almost every piece of HVAC equipment, all integrated into a single WebCTRL system.
We have integrated many pieces of equipment including Trane, York, Mammoth and McQuay units. Recently, we installed a SchoolDude event scheduling integration. Parkway is able to input school events into SchoolDude, and WebCTRL automatically adjusts HVAC schedules to heat or cool the correct rooms for these events.
Automatic Controls has worked with Rockwood School District since 2005. Since then, we have integrated approximately 50% of their existing HVAC equipment into our WebCTRL system. Many of Rockwood’s buildings not only include HVAC controls, but also energy monitoring and tracking.
We have also integrated a SchoolDude school scheduling system into WebCTRL to automatically control HVAC equipment based on the school’s special event schedule.
Columbia decided to standardize on Automated Logic controls provided by Automatic Controls in 1999 after experiencing their reliability, ease of use, and simplicity. We have since expanded our install base to all of their buildings and continue working with them on current and future projects. WebCTRL's single system provides a simple and single solution for Columbia's technicians to interact with their controls.
We have installed many custom controls adaptations for Columbia, including a wide variety of mechanical systems. These include heat pumps with geothermal loops, electrical demand controls, lighting systems, water furnace chillers, and a Florida Heat Pump integration.
Special School District began working with Automatic Controls in 2011 to implement controls in four of their buildings. Since then, our realtionship has grown through continuous expansion and improvement. We now provide controls for nearly all of the buildings throughout their system.
Custom installations for Special School District include automated exterior lighting controls, a custom integration to Lochinvar boilers, and a McQuay chiller interface.
